In 2024 our family established the Savchyshyn Family Foundation. For me it was not a departure from business — it was a continuation of the same idea that has guided my work for over twenty years: value is created by people, and it should return to people.
Why now
Building technology companies in Ukraine has always meant building in difficult conditions. The last years made that responsibility sharper. A foundation is a way to make support structural rather than occasional — to back education, entrepreneurship, and communities with the same discipline we apply to companies.
The same principles
I approach philanthropy the way I approach investing: clarity about what we are trying to change, speed in acting, and systems that make impact repeatable rather than one-off. Alongside the foundation, I continue to chair the Ternopil Region Business Council, because strong local business communities are one of the most durable engines of recovery.
Empowering people who empower others has always been the through-line of my work. The foundation simply makes that commitment explicit.
