ImpactAI Club
Ruslan is a co-founder of ImpactAI Club, an initiative that helps people learn to use artificial intelligence without unnecessary complexity or fear of new technology. Through open meetups, practical workshops, and webinars, the club demonstrates how AI can be applied in everyday work, business, and civic projects.
The club’s goal is to narrow the digital divide by giving people clear tools they can use immediately rather than abstract theory. For Ruslan, this is part of the broader work of building a local ecosystem where knowledge circulates among entrepreneurs, educators, the IT community, and engaged citizens.
How he works
His focus is simple: to help people and teams that create value become more effective, more precise, and faster in execution. He invests in people first — technology and markets change, but strong founders with the right mindset create lasting impact.
Education and values
Ruslan holds a technical degree and a professional business-owner diploma, and completed the School of Ministers at the Serhiy Nyzhniy Kyiv School of Public Administration. He is also a graduate of the Ignite program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. A lifelong learner who also teaches others, he is convinced that developing the people around him is the key to real change. He is married, holds classic family values, and has not consumed alcohol for over 20 years.
