Meeting with representatives of the National Center for Control and Testing of Space Vehicles

Recently, a meeting of representatives of Ternopil Classical University and the National Center for Control and Testing of Space Vehicles took place.

Vasyl Brych, director of the educational and scientific institute of innovation, nature management and infrastructure of the Western Ukrainian National University, head of the Ternopil innovation and investment cluster Hryhoriy Khymych, founder of the group of companies "MagneticOne Group" Ruslan Savchyshyn, chairman of the farmers' association Roman Repko, head of the regional development and coordination department of the National Management Center and tests of space means Vyacheslav Onysko discussed cooperation within the framework of the creation of a local scientific and industrial cluster and the prospects of signing a memorandum of cooperation on the creation of the regional Podilsk space center.

In the course of communication, the parties determined the conditions of implementation and approval of research results. The organization of the cluster will allow implementing and using space technologies in the interests of economic and social development of the Ternopil region. In particular, with the help of receiving and systematic processing of earth remote sensing data using modern GIS technologies, cluster participants will be able to receive data for solving issues related to security, agro-industrial production, land relations, nature use, development of territories and infrastructure, environmental monitoring, research on the problem of change climate and timely response to emergency situations.
