The Laboratory of Technological Innovations (LTI) together with the company "MagneticVan Municipal Technologies" created an electronic map that shows the intensity of electromagnetic radiation and the level of radiation in the city of Ternopil. The interactive map shows more than 120 points of measurement of electromagnetic radiation and the level of radiation in various public places of the city of Ternopil (parks, squares, etc.) as of March 2021.
According to the research carried out by the Laboratory of Technological Innovations, almost all measurements show a normal radiation background, but in the central part of the city there are objects with an increased level of radiation and electromagnetic radiation.
Electromagnetic radiation is one of the most powerful factors that negatively affect the human body today. This is explained by its virtually round-the-clock influence and rapid growth.
In the future, the Laboratory of Technological Innovations will monitor the dynamics of changes in the level of electromagnetic radiation and radiation in the city.
